Designer Details
In 2007, aged 21, New York-based designer Alexander Wang debuted his acclaimed self-named collection. The Alexander Wang look defined itself in three letters: M.O.D., acronym for Model Off Duty. The style is a mix of urban influence and sportswear, and uptown chic mixed with downtown cool. Add a hint of rock and grunge for an essential, nonchalant, unkempt look making Wang the King of Cool. In 2009, Wang introduced T by Alexander Wang, a diffusion line known for relaxed and minimal essentials. Wang was Creative Director at French fashion house - Balenciaga from 2012 to 2015.
