The Celeste dress by NEEDLE & THREAD. Crafted from lightweight dotted tulle and interspersed with ditsy floral embroidery. The embroidered pattern is floating down from the V-shaped bodice with ruffled tiers to a flowing, mid-length hem. With cut-out cold shoulders and pretty draped sheer sleeves, the dress is a fairy tale in its own right. A signature ribbon at the waist completes the look.
