Voluminous ruffles accentuates the one-shoulder neckline with a long-sleeve and buttoned cuff. An asymmetrical hemline layered with chiffon and scallop-trimmed lace back panel designed to be visible from the hemline at front. Finish with an O-ring and grosgrain belt tie to create a natural ruched effect. The perfect festive party piece.
