“a forest tale”
The inspiration behind the campaign is finding beauty and connection in nature. The campaign was set in the verdant forests of Northlands, Whangarei. Photographed by Faizal Shutter Art, and featuring beautiful New Zealander model, Rose Halfpenny.
The idea for the ad is to show Woman and Girl as one with nature in the wild, evoking the sense of belonging and closeness. Animal stories told in enchanted forest fairytales inspired the shoot.
Reflecting on a free-spirited but deeply rooted bond to showcase exquisite matched mini-me dresses. The pair featured as wild rabbits and images capture moments of mother-daughter tenderness.
Pieces in the collection showcase timeless and feminine silhouettes with gothic-romantic style influences. Dresses feature rose print or fairytale motifs, in jacquard, wool and velvet. The 3D animal masks emphasised rich textiles and colour palette of pink, mauve, dark blue and gold.
